I began my career in Regina, Saskatchewan, working with Reliance Home Comfort as a service technician. During that time, I developed a deep appreciation for helping customers—especially in urgent situations when they were without heat or hot water. Those experiences shaped my commitment to providing reliable, responsive, and customer-focused service.
Driven by a vision to make home comfort services more convenient, transparent, and affordable, I founded Smile HVACand later expanded operations in Toronto. What began as a small operation has steadily grown through dedication, trust, and quality workmanship.
