Is there a service call fee?

We offer a FREE service call and consultation with any repair — available to both members and non-members. This means you don’t pay for the diagnostic visit separately when we complete the repair. For members of the Smile Protection Plan, additional benefits and discounts also apply.

Do you provide upfront quotes? Are there any hidden fees?

Yes — we are 100% transparent about pricing. Before any work begins, we provide a clear written quote. Once the price is agreed upon, not a cent more will be added. We believe every customer deserves to know exactly what they’re paying for before we start.

What happens if the issue isn't fixed after the technician's visit?

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If the problem persists after our visit, contact us right away and we will return to make it right — at no additional charge. We don’t consider a job done until you are fully satisfied with the result.
