Had a great experience with this team. The first time was for AC and furnace maintenance — the technician was friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly, which left a strong impression. Our furnace broke down right after the 47 cm snowfall and we were in a bind trying to decide which furnace company to go with while not having the luxury of time, as we were worried about our pipes freezing and it was cold as hell! I am SO glad we decided to go with Smile HVAC instead of Enercare or Reliance. The first two sent sales people to our freezing cold house and Smile said they didn’t have sales people and would just tell us over the phone as technicians what we need and how much it would cost. We went with them because it came down to honesty and integrity, and their price was $1000 & $1700 lower than the quotes we got from Reliance and Enercare too! They were friendly, and very thorough and did a great job. Thanks Genady and Valera!
