An called before he came giving me lots of notice. He arrived on time and identified himself and asked if he could come in. An was very polite, he even took his shoes off at the front door before entering the house. We told him the problem and he fixed it really quick. An was even nice enough to take the time to teach me and my mom how to work my mom’s thermostat properly as we’ve been having problems.
