Great thanks to An for showing up on time today with a friendly demeanor and working fast enough to resolve our valve issue. We had an issue with our hot water tank during the holidays and on this particular day it was only lukewarm. The first technician sent out proposed that the valve be changed which is what An came to do. I didn’t take photos as I was working but I am thankful for his service!

An honest company that stands by their work! Had two water heaters replaced with them; they did a fantastic job. A day later, when my tenant complained there was no hot water, Carl came by same day, no charge, and made sure things were right (turns out the tenant turned off the water heater unit by accident).

Also had another issue with heat in my house a year later. Again, Carl came by quickly and fixed the issue. Was merely a thermostat problem but he diagnosed it quickly and addressed it regardless. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I am very happy with the service I received from Smile HVAC. It was the only company that responded to my email. Genadi was very pleasant and listened attentively to what my needs were. After sending him a photo he was able to quote me a price and explained what his technician would need to do. The next day An, the technician, arrived at my home in time. He was very friendly and completed the work in quick fashion. He even took away some old PVC pipe that I didn’t need, sparing me the headache getting rid of it. I will certainly call Smiley HVAC for any future needs.

Had a great experience with this team. The first time was for AC and furnace maintenance — the technician was friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly, which left a strong impression.

Recently, I had them replace my obsolete furnace and install a humidifier. The job was completed quickly and even ahead of the quoted time. Valery and Manmath were both professional, patient, and knowledgeable.

An did maintains that I had not seen performed by Reliance technician over a fourteen year period I know this because I’ve watched the technicians perform the work.
An took off a covering to inspect for electrical flow and he attached a device to measure other factors governing the the efficiency of the air conditioner function, however on inspection point 21 I fail to understand how that was performed. An was extremely efficient and pleasant individual to talk with answering questions I needed to ask,in lue of my past experiences, I hope the best for him.

They installed a new furnace and a water softener in my home, and everything was done at a very high professional level. It’s clear they don’t just do the minimum to finish quickly—they really care about the quality of their work and the customer’s long-term benefit.

What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. For example, they spent extra time to properly route the water line so that the backyard water does not go through the softener, helping to avoid unnecessary wear and saving its lifespan. Many companies would have taken a faster, simpler approach, but these guys did it the right way.

They were very respectful, worked cleanly, and made sure everything was neat before leaving.

I had an energy efficiency audit which gives refunds if you upgrade your home, so I had Smile HVAC replace my old furnace, and water heater (because screw rentals) and also install an HVAC humidifier. The price was the lowest of the three estimates I had, and as far as I know, the equipment was as good or better than others. The crew that did the installation was Valery, An, and Manmath. They were professional, did a good job, and answered all my dumb questions. They also installed the new water heater on the other side of the furnace at no extra charge. When my A/C or water softener dies, I’ll likely go with them again.

After calling so many companies, I decided to go with Smile HVAC. They provided us a clear plan which was reasonable and had their installation persons install the furnace the very next day. Valery and Manmath installed the furnace very well, they were professional and were on time, they provided me with all the info about the system installed. Our gas water heater failed on the weekend and Smile HVAC was able to install a new heater on Monday morning. Tony and Vazim were courteous and professional. They also installed a water drain pan and a shut-off valve with no extra fees. Highly recommended.

Our furnace broke down on a Friday afternoon. I made the call, there was an immediate answer on the phone, and by mid-afternoon, our furnace was repaired and in good working order again. Starting last Friday we had no hot water. Only freezing cold water. We roughed it out until Monday when we got in touch with Smile HVAC. I’ve heard so many horror stories about HVAC repairs that I couldn’t help but be skeptical when the technician from Enercare (the company I called first) seemed to be really pushing me to buy a new furnace. This was one of many red flag warnings that told me not to trust him and I’m glad that I didn’t.

After searching online and seeing all the positive reviews, I ended up calling Smile HVAC around 10 pm for a second opinion, and the next day technician Carl came to look at my furnace. He was very transparent, and thorough, and walked me through his process. He was able to easily diagnose that it was a problem with the condensate pump. He then gave me a quote, I agreed, and he fixed the problem. Easy as that! Nothing complicated and no need for a new furnace.
